The 2012 Kit Carson County PRCA Rodeo is held in conjunction with the Kit Carson County Fair. The fair boasts a number of events and activities sure to please the whole family. Here are just a few of the activities slated for this years event. Please check back often as this page will be updated frequently.

- Cowhands & Corrientes Ranch Rodeo on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
- County Events Day- (local residents compete in numerous events such as mutton bustin, calf riding, wild cow milking, wild horse racing, team roping, tie down roping and much more!all day on thursday july 26th!- free to the public
- Vendor Booths, both Food and retail
Friday and Saturday your $15 ticket includes the concert, PRCA rodeo AND the FMX Motocross Show!!
Friday- Big Kahuna Beach Party, performing the songs of the Beach Boys~ Concert at 6 p.m. and Rodeo at 8p.m.
Saturday- Nashville Recording Artist Katie Armiger~Concert at 6 p.m. and Rodeo at 8p.m.
This year the Kit Carson County ProRodeo is excited to host the 1st Annual Silent Auction with proceeds benefiting the Kit Carson County Cattlewomen (Thursday Night- Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night), the Kit Carson County 4-H Council on Friday night and the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund on Saturday Night. Come check out all the wonderful items donated to this auction including Resistol Hats, Montana Silversmiths, Justin Boots, Cinch Jeans & Shirts and much, much more!! There is sure to be something for everyone in several price ranges so all can participate and contribute to these great organizations. TOUGH ENOUGH TO WEAR PINK NIGHT
Join us on Thursday, July 26th, for our Tough Enough to Wear Pink night at the rodeo. We hope to see the grandstands filled with a sea of pink in support of this cause. There will be the silent auction filled with awesome items, the popular Pink Chaps live auction done by the Kit Carson County Cattlewomen and a special Tough Enough to Wear Pink cancer salute during the rodeo. $1 from every rodeo ticket goes to the Cattlewomen's Fund to help area cancer patients with expenses. Don't forget to wear your pink shirt to the rodeo and if you need one, head down to Arrowhead Feed & Trailer and pick up a limited edition Kit Carson County Pro Rodeo PINK T-shirt for just $10!! All proceeds will be given to support local cancer patients.
